We provide comprehensive coverage for repairs and assistance for hot and cold water pipes within your home, up to but not including your main internal stop-tap, taps, or the flexible pipes connecting appliances. If you’re unsure whether an issue is covered under your Home Emergency Cover or Landlord Cover, don’t hesitate to call us. We’ll provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision.

Can you help me if my tap is leaking or broken?

While we don’t repair internal taps or flexible pipework, we can help if the hot or cold water pipe is causing the leak. If the tap or appliance connection is the issue, we can guide you on the best course of action.

Will you repair pipes behind walls or under floors?

Yes, if your hot or cold-water pipes run behind walls or under floors inside your home, we can assist with diagnosing and repairing them. We may need your cooperation to access certain areas. However, please note that any necessary redecoration after the repair is not included. These services can also complement your central heating cover, especially in urgent situations where leaks may affect heating systems.

What are the signs that I should call for pipe repairs?

Common signs include low water pressure, damp patches on walls or ceilings, an unexplained increase in your water bill, or visible leaks from exposed pipework. If you notice any of these issues, contact us promptly to prevent further damage.

Who will carry out the plumbing work in my home?
