How do I make a claim?

Simply give us a call at 0345 3192 247, and we’ll provide the extra assistance you need. This includes making your claims process easier and ensuring the engineer attending to your claim is prepared to make the experience as smooth as possible.
Are there any restrictions on the age or condition of the microwave that can be covered?
The microwave must be no more than 7 years old when you take out the policy. The microwave must be no more than 12 years old at the time of renewal unless your appliance has been continuously covered since January 2023.
Furthermore, your agreement does not cover any damage caused by deliberate actions, misuse, modifications, neglect, or a lack of maintenance.

What happens if my microwave is beyond repair?
If your microwave is beyond economical repair, 24|7 Home Rescue will provide you with a voucher contribution towards a replacement. Appliances under 5 years old can receive up to £1000, while older appliances receive a depreciated value.
