Who can join 24|7 Network?

How quickly will I start receiving work?
Once your onboarding is complete and your account is activated, you’ll begin receiving jobs immediately based on demand in your area.
What are your service rates?
Rates vary by trade and job type (service, repair, installation). You’ll receive a full rate card during onboarding before accepting any work.
What are your performance expectations?
We expect contractors to maintain a First Time Fix rate of 75%+, attend jobs promptly, follow manufacturer instructions, and maintain professional conduct at all times.
Can I take on more than one trade?
Yes — if you’re qualified in multiple areas (e.g. gas and plumbing, or electrical and drainage), you can onboard under each trade, provided you supply the appropriate certifications.
What happens if I can’t attend a job?
If you can’t attend, you must inform Deployment as soon as possible so the job can be reallocated. Repeated no-shows may result in removal from the network.
Are your Engineers Gas Safe certified?
Our engineers working in mainland UK are highly qualified, and Gas Safe registered for installing your boilers and maintaining them as well.
What information do I need to join your network?
You’ll need to provide us with proof of your Public Liability Insurance, your coverage area, the number of people that want to join and any relevant qualifications or certifications that can support your profile.
