Our cover includes key home utilities like plumbing, drainage, electrics, home security, and more, helping protect your home from costly emergency repairs. Policies are available with various excess levels (from no excess up to £95 excess) to fit different budgets. An excess is the amount you agree to pay towards each claim.
What makes 24|7 Home Rescue Home Emergency Cover reliable?
It’s important to note that not all providers are regulated by the FCA. We’ve been FCA-regulated since 2021, which means our insurance products offer higher consumer protection, along with access to the Financial Ombudsman and Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
What's the process for making a claim?
Making a claim with 24|7 Home Rescue is simple and stress-free. You can log your claim on-line or call our dedicated claims helpline at 0345 0774 177, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our friendly and professional team will guide you through the process, gather necessary information, and dispatch an expert engineer to your property as soon as possible.
What does Home Emergency Insurance Cover?
At 24|7 Home Rescue, Home Emergency cover is available in our My Home and My Home Essentials products. Cover includes internal plumbing, drainage, pest infestation, electrical emergencies, and home security. However, if you are looking for boiler cover along with the cover for home emergencies, then our my home policy is the right option for you.
Are the ‘My Home,’ ‘My Home Plus,’ or ‘My Home Essentials’ products the same as Home Insurance?
No. “My Home” and “My Home Plus” products provide cover for boiler, central heating and other (for example plumbing and electrics) emergencies and breakdowns. “My Home Essentials” provides cover for plumbing, electrics, drainage, home security and pest infestation problems.
These products do not provide cover for damage caused by events normally included in Home Insurance policies like Fire, Theft, Storm, Flooding, Subsidence, Escape of Water and so on. If you need Home Insurance for your buildings, contents and personal possessions, please contact another provider.
