What does Central Heating Cover include?

Our central heating cover looks after key parts of your home’s heating system, everything outside the boiler. This includes radiators, pipes, pumps, motorised valves, thermostats, and external expansion vessels. For complete peace of mind, you can get our My Home or My Home Plus policy, which includes cover for your boiler breakdown and more.

What’s the difference between Central Heating Cover and Boiler Cover?

The Boiler Cover protects the boiler only. The central heating cover protects the rest of your system, including radiators, pipework, and heating controls. Many people choose our my heating policy, which covers both the boiler and the central heating.

Is this cover available for landlords?

Yes, as a landlord, you can conveniently add central heating cover to your Landlord Cover. We can also arrange your annual CP12 Gas Safety Certificate, saving you time and effort while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and your tenants’ safety and comfort.

When should I call for help with my central heating?

If your radiators are staying cold, you notice leaks from pipes or radiators, hear odd noises from your heating system, or your thermostat isn’t doing its job, don’t wait. Give us a call before minor issues turn into big ones. Acting early can save you money and keep your home warm and comfortable all year round. Remember, booking an Annual Boiler Service is one of the best ways to avoid these problems in the first place.

Are there any call-out fees or excesses?

Yes, our central heating cover offers flexible options. You can choose an excess fee of £0, £45, £75, or £95 per claim The higher the excess you select, the lower your monthly policy price will be, so you can tailor the policy to suit your budget.

How does the refer a friend promotional offer work?

Our Refer a Friend offer is simple and rewarding! For every friend you refer to us who signs up for any of our Boiler Insurance Policies, you’ll receive a £20 cashback.

Once your friend completes their registration and the policy becomes active, we’ll process your cashback reward.
