No, this policy only covers rats, mice, wasps or hornets. It does not cover other common household pests such as bed bugs, flies, ants, and slugs.
When should I request pest control assistance?
Suppose you notice signs of pest activity, such as scratching or gnawing within walls or ceilings, small droppings, nests made from shredded material, or increased sightings of wasps or hornets in and around your home. In that case, it’s time to call for pest control assistance.
Early intervention is crucial; it helps prevent the infestation from spreading further and protects your home from potential damage or health risks. Whether it’s a wasp’s nest or a rodent issue, our team is ready to respond promptly and effectively.
Does the cover include multiple visits if needed?
Your cover includes one visit per pest infestation. Our pest control team aims to resolve the issue in a single visit. However, our team may require multiple visits to resolve the issue. If further treatment is required, we’ll guide you on the next steps and potential costs involved.
Will the policy cover damage caused by the pests?
No, this cover is strictly for pest removal. Any structural or electrical damage caused by rodents (like chewed wires or insulation) must be addressed separately and is not included in this policy.
